• Refunds will only be issued for items that are returned in like-new condition postmarked within 30 days of receipt.
• Please use the original packaging or something similar for the return shipment.
• The refund policy does not cover items that have been tweaked, modified, or damaged in any way, so please take exceptionally good care of your whistle during the 30 day trial period.
• Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment was originally made, and will be sent out upon receipt of the returned shipment, providing it is received in satisfactory condition.
• Lost or damaged items will be re-shipped or refunded as soon as the insurance claim is settled with the postal service.
• Not responsible for packages that are stolen after the mail carrier has delivered them. The postal service will not accept an insurance claim for loss due to theft after a package has been flagged as delivered in the tracking system, and I cannot issue a refund or replace items that go missing in such circumstances. I add signature confirmation to every shipment to try and prevent such situations, but it's no guarantee that your mail carrier won't just forge your signature and toss the package on your porch. Please keep an eye on your tracking information and try to have someone available to sign for delivery, or have your package shipped to an alternate address if you live in an area where theft is common.

Usually I get you a whistle within a week in USA, within three days for west coast and within two month international. At around $5 for US shipping and $20 for international
